Melanie got busted by one of her neighbours recently for throwing out her dog's poop bags in their trash, while she was walking her dogs. Lots of people texted us and said that it's your responsibility to carry your dog's poop, no matter how far along you are in the walk.
Do you think it's a big deal? Would you let someone or even care if someone threw out their dog's poop bags in your trash can? It's better than them leaving it in your yard, right?
