My wife and I want to let you know--and I hope you will share our comments with your boss--how much we appreciate all that you did to help us with the mortgage for our new house. This was the strangest move we've ever made and there were many times that we were not sure we would be able to get into the new house....and then I heard the RP Funding commercial on WDBO. When everything seemed to be falling apart with securing a mortgage for our home purchase, I remembered the ad and sent an exploratory email which you answered. From that moment forward, I KNEW that you were the one to make our dream house a reality. The confidence you exuded over the phone and in the frequent emails we exchanged was truly a morale booster for us. I was skeptical at first going with a company that did direct mail advertizing, there are so many scams these days. But when I went to RP's offices and met with Kevin Lucas, all of my apprehensions disappeared. Kevin was a real mortgage professional. He worked to put a package together for us that no other lender would do. We have a great rate and NO fees. Everything that they advertized, they delivered on. And when we were having trouble with Fannie Mae's title company, the house was a foreclosure), Kevin stepped in and really helped get things back on track. This was something my realtor said he had never seen from a lender, EVER!
