Amanda Bynes was arrested last night after throwing a bong out of her apartment window in New York City to avoid getting busted by the cops. 

Cops were called after getting complaints of a "disorderly person," and Bynes was arrested for disorderly conduct. 

After being arrested Bynes was taken to Roosevelt hospital where she underwent a psychiatric evaluation and PASSED! I think I'm more surprised by that then anything else honestly lol
