Lindsay Lohan punched another woman in the face over Max from "The Wanted" last night ... the talk is that Max was turned off by the fact Lindsay was sloppy drunk in the club ...

Lindsay had gone to the Justin Bieber concert..The Wanted was the opening act ... and Lindsay had been scoping Max out for the last few days.

Lindsay tried to get backstage after the concert to see him but she was blocked.

Lindsay then met up with Max and the rest of the band at the bar. The four of
them then went to the club together.

Lindsay got drunker and drunker as the night went on... and it turned Max off. He then started talking to another chick which fired Lindsay up, hence Lindsay punching the girl in the face and winding up in JAIL
