DINWIDDIE COUNTY, VA - CBS 6 has just received new information from the Virginia State Police regarding this morning's crash involving a tour bus for singer Miley Cyrus.

Police have confirmed for CBS 6 that the person who died in the accident was the bus driver, William G. Douglas, 53, of Austin, Texas. They say he was trapped inside the bus and died at the scene.

Marty Zilio, 48, of Canada, was injured in the crash. Zilio is a member of Cyrus' production crew and was transported by ambulance to Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg for treatment of minor injuries.

Police tell us all lanes of the interstate have been reopened.

Troopers were called out to the crash scene around 8:20 a.m. Friday. They say the crash occurred on I-85 south near mile marker 55 in Dinwiddie County, that's about 45-minutes south of Richmond, Virginia.

VSP says the bus was traveling southbound when it went off the left hand side of the roadway and went about 100 yards before it ended up on its right side. 10 people were on board the bus when it went off the road and overturned. Nine of them are members of the singer's production lighting crew and many of them were asleep at the time of the crash. They exited the wreckage through the front windshield.

The singer was not on board the wrecked bus. State police tell CBS 6 Cyrus was nowhere near the accident scene, though they cannot say for sure where the singer was at the time of the accident.

VSP says the roads were wet from heavy rain Thursday night, but they are not blaming the weather for the crash. Traffic on I-85 was tied up for more than two hours.

VSP says the bus was heading to Greensboro, North Carolina where Miley Cyrus is scheduled to perform in concert on Sunday. The bus is owned by the Roberts Brothers Coach Co., and was hired for the tour.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Officials searched Friday for a gunman who opened fire in a downtown office building where he used to work. At least six people were hurt.

People streamed out of the 16-story Legion Place office building around lunchtime and some told local television stations they had barricaded themselves inside their offices.

Orlando Fire Department District Chief Michael Droege said an unknown number of people were still in the building and could be injured. He said the SWAT team was trying to pull people out.

"The building is not secure now," he said. "It's still unfolding."

Orlando police spokeswoman Barbara Jones identified the gunman as Jason Rodriguez, 40, and said he might be in a 2002 silver Nissan SUV with license plate D119UX. She said he used to work at the building but did not say where or when he left.

"I would consider him armed and dangerous," Jones said. She said at least five people were taken to a hospital and another had chest pains but did not go to the hospital. Orlando Regional Medical Center said four people were being treated in the emergency department.

She confirmed witnesses told police the shooting started at Reynolds Smith & Hill, a transportation engineering consulting firm in the building.

"You got a guy going into a business on a Friday where people are trying to make an honest living ..." Jones said.

Gerry Gilgo, who works on the floor where the shooting occurred, told The Associated Press she was meeting a co-worker at the elevators for lunch.

"She yelled, 'There are gunshots! There are gunshots! Get back in your office,'" Gilgo said.

Will Halpern, an attorney works on the building's 17th floor, was among the last group to be evacuated. He said the lobby was filled with about 20 officers in SWAT gear, carrying assault weapons, ready to search.

Interstate 4 was closed in both directions through downtown and nearby schools were locked down.

Rows of ambulances lined up outside the building as police snipers took up positions around the building and officers on foot and horseback searched the area.
