2. Diet Sodas! : BUT ITS DIET...I know I know but these bubbly beverages actually cause bloating as well as sugar cravings! There have also been studies done that show artificial sugars make you store more fat! So STAY AWAY!! Opt for water spiked with lemon or cucumber or a delish Iced Green Tea!
