So Christmas is 3 days away & its evident...the holidays are super stressful! Here are some tips you can use this week to help you WOOOSAAAAAAHHHHHHH! (I'm sure most of you will enjoy Tip No. 8)

1. Go caroling to boost your mood!

Singing or even humming can boost happiness hormones which increases blood flow to your heart!

2. Wear seasonal colors to boost your confidence.

Now I'm not saying go digging through Grandma's closet and wear every ugly Christmas sweater known to man-kind! Its as easy as wearing simple colors! The color green actually makes your feel peaceful and confident, red, love and excitement!

3. **LAUGH**

Laughter reduces stress and relaxes the body! So throw on your favorite funny holiday movie and LAUGH a little!

4. Exercise!

Preferably in the cold. the crisp weather helps with anxiety but its Florida so I'll cut you some slack.

5. Indulge in a cup of Hot Cocoa!

Its packed with blood pressure-reducing flavonols..if you're feeling wild spike it with a yummy liqueur ;]

6. Surround yourself with peppermint!

According to a study peppermint actually helps fight fatigue!

7. Engage in a meaningful convo.

Having deep meaningful convos with family and close friends actually makes your spirit bright! ;]

8. HAVE SEX!

Research shows that getting it on reduces the stress hormone corticosterone! Naughtly list here we come. 

Clearly I need to take some of these tips into consideration by the expression on my face!!!
