I already told you... me = obsessed with smoothies.
The new one I tried last night was awesome. Comin in at 280 calories, it was perfect after my workout. Filling, tasty and easy as balls! My fav!
RECIPE:
1 medium banana
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
8 oz. skim milk
3-4 ice cubes
Throw it all in a blender and mix it uppppppppp. Yum.

Napoleon was mad he couldn't have a taste. It's for humans, not puppies. Silly!!
