Whips, chains, tying folks up...and it's being promoted at the ICING!!  Yea, the accessories store you used to roll up on in middle school when you wanted to score a sweet BFF necklace.

Handcuff bracelets, T-shirts saying "I'm Looking For Mr. Grey" and more are being sold to kids.  Creepy creepy creepy.  Who decided this was a good idea?!

Parents: Thoughts on a store intended for tweens to sell these kinds of items?
