Jumping jacks  - Do them after you roll out of  bed to wake
up, while you're waiting for the shower to warm up, when your coffee  is
brewing...you get the point.  10 calories per minute!

Squats - While drying your hair, 70 calories every 5
minutes!

Tap your toes - Do it at your desk...25 times per foot
= 24-30 calories

Use commerical breaks - Do lunges during the commercials,
for every hour of TV you are burning 120 calories

Skip the elevator, take the stairs - Easiest thing ever!  I
avoid elevators like the plague, because guess what...you are scorching thru 10
calories for every flight of stairs.

Microwave squats - While you're waiting for your dinner to
defrost, do  wall squats instead of leaning against the counter.  Calories
Burned:  12-15 every 30 seconds

Crunches before bed - Before you hit the hay, take 5 minutes
to do crunches.  Burn 40 calories before you get your beauty
sleep :)

SLEEP!! - Who knew?  We burn 60 calories per
hour
while sleeping.  Done deal.
