Model Leyla Ghobadi has offered little proof of an affair with Kanye West.
She claims in the current issue of STAR magazine that she hooked up with the rapper twice in 2012 and that he attempted a third hookup just this past weekend.
It turns out Ghobadi was paid just under $20,000 for her story — and never took a lie-detector test to help prove her story.
STAR's editor-in-chief, James Heidenry, confirms that she was paid but says the number is "way out of the ballpark."
As for the lie-detector test, STAR "didn't think it was necessary in this case."
Apparently, a news agency (Coleman-Rayner) had been shopping Ghobadi's story around for a month and that other weeklies passed because Ghobadi had no proof of the alleged tryst.
